Course Description

This PMP® Exam Prep course is designed to help participants in preparation for the PMP® Exam.
It offers a standards-based approach to successful project management across application areas and industries. Above all, participants will learn the essential PMBOK® Guide terminology, tools and techniques required to pass the PMP® exam. It also captures the instructor’s personal professional experiences in various industries, aimed to enhance systemic thinking and holistic approach for taking the exam.

TEACHING METHODS AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES

Lectures: The lecture portion of the course will provide an understanding of course fundamentals, specifically by exploring the course theoretical content. It will help give the participants a head-start on basic knowledge prior to the exercises.
Exercises and quizzes: It will be used after completing each chapter to make sure participants have a grasp of the key concept of each chapter and be able to correlate it with other knowledge areas of the PMBOK.
